Uniprac for Job Skills Councils

Bridge academic learning and workplace skills with seamless student placements

Real-time analytics for an early picture of emerging skill gaps

Uniprac seamlessly collects placement activity-level data, along with timely confidential student, education provider and employer feedback, and measures of placement success.

Based on the collected data, uniprac can work with JSCs to design analytics dashboards that can aggregate meaningful trend insights for policy making, including on:

  • Emerging industry skill strengths and skill gaps as perceived by different user groups

  • Placement completion/student retention and learning success metrics

  • Identification of critical success factors in students’ skills and workplace readiness

Reinforce key workplace skills with targetted supports for each user

Drive consistent, positive, impactful placement experiences by delivering automated ‘Learning Snippets’ via email and text - short professional learnings tailored to specific user roles, times and placement requirements.

  • Evidence-based ‘learning snippets’ matching your JSC’s key skill gaps

  • Work readiness skills including on professionalism, communication, feedback and preparedness.

  • Additional opt-in PL available for workplace supervisors including on mentoring new employees, enhanced communication skills, digital skills in the age of AI, and other emerging skill gaps in the industry.

Sophisticated permissions and privacy provisions for data confidentiality

Students own their own data. Privacy provisions lock down access to information to those individuals who need it.

Educational providers can oversee student placements, offering unprecedented visibility into placement experiences and the opportunity to enhance their offerings - while providing tailored support to students. A provider’s data is confidential to them unless they elect to share it.

JSCs can see industry-wide trend insights on their real-time analytics dashboard. Consultants in the Uniprac network can conduct additional research projects on the collected data to support JSC projects and priorities.
